Urban Planning Partnerships (UPP)
is an outreach initiative within
Michigan State University's
Urban and Regional Planning
Program and is sponsored in
part by Urban Collaborators, an
initiative based within
MSU Extension.

The current target cities for
UPP are Detroit, Flint, Grand
Rapids, Jackson, Lansing,
Pontiac, and Saginaw;
however, we work with other
areas as resources allow.
