Urban and Regional Planning Student Association (URPSA) is the student
organization of the Urban and Regional Planning Program. The group exists to
promote the personal, professional, and intellectual development of urban and
regional planning students and to facilitate and encourage active participation
in program, university, and community matters.
Meetings, special events, and social functions sponsored by URPSA are posted
on a bulletin board above the student mailboxes. All students are welcome, and
encouraged, to participate.

- Meetings are biweekly
- You can learn about conferences and programs taking place around the world
- You can plan fun events for planners and pals
- Meetings run between 30 & 45 minutes long
- Career night
- Compiled a resume booklet of Urban and Regional Planning students to distribute
to alumni
- Fundraisers like T-shirt sales, Breslin cleanup, valet parking, and can
drives
- Various social gatherings and outings
- Field trips to development projects in nearby cities such as Chicago and
Toronto
